The Watchlist on your Partners page now makes that easier.
Add the right place
Search Google Maps from the Watchlist and check the photo, address, and place details before adding a business. You can also paste a list of names and review the suggested matches together.
Once added, a place shows what your latest report found and stays on the Watchlist for future reports.
Follow it week by week
See a place's appearances across recent weekly reports, including weeks when no answer named it. The history helps your team distinguish a recurring appearance from an occasional mention.
The Watchlist follows places within the answers your destination's reports collect. Each week's result stays tied to that report.
Keep the right teammates informed
An Owner or Manager can open Weekly email and choose workspace members to receive the update. After a fresh weekly report, the Monday email shows each watched place's mentions, the change from the previous week when available, and its recent history.
This update is available on destination Watchlists with Partner Intelligence. Choose the recipients to turn on the email, and update the list whenever your team's needs change.
