Turn the content work you've chosen into a draft for review

Accept an eligible content recommendation and Drifter starts preparing a draft. Review the copy, resolve missing details, and approve it before publication.

What’s new

  • Start drafts from accepted content work
  • Prepare new pages or page additions
  • Review copy and supporting sources together
  • Approve the version that goes live

Your team has agreed on the next content update. Getting from that decision to a first draft can still take another round of research, writing, and handoffs.

Automatic draft preparation first released October 15, 2026. Drafting when your team accepts an eligible Action followed on October 19.

Drifter now starts preparing eligible content work when you accept it.

Begin with something to review

A new-page recommendation can become a page draft. An eligible update to an existing page can become a section to add, with guidance on where it belongs and a Copy section button.

Prepared drafts arrive in Review, marked Drafted by Drifter. This automatic preparation is available to eligible teams on active paid plans with weekly reports.

Work through the details beside the copy

Page drafts now open in a page-like layout that you can edit in place. Inspect supporting quotes and sources, answer open questions, and ask Drifter to fill missing details from your website. Details it cannot find stay open for your team; conflicting information is presented for you to resolve.

Keep the final decision with your team

Approve the current page version before publishing it on Drifter. Editing it afterward requires a new approval. You can also copy the approved page to your own website and paste its link for Drifter to check.

Automatic drafting prepares the work. Your team reviews the content and decides what goes live.
