Actions

Every Drifter recommendation now has a clear path from decision to completion. Accept it, assign it, review it, and keep the proof after it ships.

What’s new

  • One Inbox for new recommendations
  • Accept, defer, or dismiss each one
  • Assign owners and due dates
  • Briefs, drafts, comments, and review
  • Completion receipts keep the proof

Recommendations are easy to collect and surprisingly hard to finish. The decision happens in one place, assignment in another, the draft lives in a document, and proof of what shipped ends up in a message thread.

Actions brings that entire path into Drifter.

Decide what deserves work

New recommendations arrive in a ranked Inbox with the evidence and report context behind them. Accept what is worth doing, defer what should wait, or dismiss what does not fit your plan.

An accepted recommendation becomes an action item. Deferred recommendations return when they are due, and dismissed recommendations can be restored if priorities change.

Run the work where the context lives

Move each action through Planned, In progress, Review, and Done. Assign a teammate, set a due date, and keep the conversation beside the work.

Content actions carry the full brief, ready draft, review, publishing, and verification flow. Technical actions keep the evidence and handoff instructions together for the person responsible for the website.

Keep the proof

Completed actions become receipts. Published pages keep their live URL and verification status, so the record shows more than what Drifter recommended. It shows what your team finished.

The report remains the record of what Drifter found. Actions is where the work gets done.
