Three floors of curated modern art flow into auditorium and event spaces; descend to Basement -3 for rows of Bentleys, Rolls‑Royces and Ferraris presented like sculpture. Locals treat it as a cultural anchor — a place for concerts, conferences and civic events — while visitors come to have their breath stolen by the architecture and stay for the curious domestic artifacts that root the building in Azerbaijani identity. Bring time: people routinely spend three to four hours absorbing exhibits, models of Baku, and the small museum dedicated to Heydar Aliyev. Photograph at sunset when the exterior softens into a luminous skin; go by day to study the cars and interiors. It’s less a museum than a stage where modernity and national memory perform together.
